We have a truck payment, house payment, insurance and need to move the truck. I'm second generation and new drivers tell me I don't know ####. That's fine with me. We'll still be here next year.

People give up too easy.I just bought a truck last month for $5500....ITS PAID FOR ITSELF ALREADY.I had to work it in the woods though, but it is what it is.Im gonna buy another one shortly to just pull containers & never really leave my city doing it.i feel like Ive paid my dues,i saved money fast, put n my time OTR n two short yrs.I dont have to run all over the country to make good doe now.

Chiricahua my name is Randy Douglas and I havean opportunity on the 15 to join crst malone and after reading what you said do you have any advice as to what company that pays well and respect their driver's I've been driving with schieider national and I'm not making any money with them I'm desperately looking for a company whom I can make a decent living I've been driving for like 6 months now. If you would like you can email at randydouglas74@gmail.com

Since this thread still seems to be going, I'll add my 2 cents back in. (I think I've added it before but I'm not looking through 51 pages.)

CRST Malone, I worked as LP for a little over a year. The truck I had sucked, maintenance sucked, but the company overall was solid! Only reason I left was my wife wanted me to stay close to home since we just had a little girl atthe time.
Here it is 3 years later, I've got a 6 month old boy now and we need better income.
Due to some emails between crst and myself, I'm looking to go back within a couple weeks as o/o. The opportunity to make great money is there. You have to pick the right loads and plan ahead. Anyone that wants to bash crst Malone, saying that there's no money here, or the company is crap, or anything else negative when they only put in a month or two, didn’t understand how this company works and this obviously wasn't for them anyway!
But if you have slightly more common sense then the average, you understand the basicsof running your own business, and you can plan ahead, then you should be able to make money at crst malone.
