Tarping a load you can't walk on...

    I have logistics posts in my van that run from floor to ceiling, I could have strapped it down exactly like it was on the flatbed-that and the fact I don't have to carry tarps!!

    You could have spread your tarp before hoisting with the crane, but that piece was pretty skinny. That almost looks like Eaton. They have a lot of crap you can't walk on, or have big holes in the top so you don't want to gamble.

    Unless I missed something in them videos, it appears they are making that a lot harder than it needed to be. Load wasn't that tall or wide. Just walk along the trailer beside the load to unroll it and flip the tarp out from each end. Didn't look too hard from here anyway.

    There wasn't any room to walk along side toward the front. About 7' tall.

    The main purpose was to demonstrate that some creativity can make a difficult tarp job manageable.
