And now, seeing as this was a failure, he is is turning to the engine he has thrashed over and over in the past. I happen to like the n14, so I noticed that KR did not.

N14 is a good engine, not as idiot proof as 12.7 because if you keep your foot in it you will use fuel.

But KR and PP are just using it as a diversion, giving people something to talk about other than their big failure. Hyping the project, and crossing their fingers that a big release of a "very special N14 engine" will sweep this 12.7 build under the rug.

EXACTLY. This is what I posted earlier.

Things can and will go wrong...it's called business. Life is 25% what happens and 75% how you handle what happens and PP is failing miserably by not having the owner's truck on the road already. There is no overestimating the value of reputation.

Fix the #### truck already losers.

Danny, you and I will just agree to disagree. I think you're giving KR far too much credit.

There's a really gray line between out and out fraud versus encouraging people to take risks. Maybe it's clear to you, but in general it's not. He's no more remarkable than dozens of other so-called business experts that go out on the lecture trail and write books about how to be successful or get rich in business. Anyone with a lick of sense knows that the only one usually getting rich from those programs is the guy selling the books. Otherwise, it's all just common sense that some people learn better by purchasing a paperback or 10 DVD video set and 100 page workbook with some apparently successful author smiling at them on the back cover.

I know when I make the decision to buy into something like this, it's on me to decide. I'm responsible like that. If KR or any other carnival huckster convinces me to buy a loser, I'm not going to blame him for that. I was either the guy willing to put my money where my mouth is for some perceived benefit, or maybe the one dumb or careless enough to jump in and try something unproven. Which one depends on your own personal bias as the observer.

My point is: why is what Kevin Rutherford's saying such a big f'n deal? Are you jealous that he rides around in an RV doing radio shows making money off of bad advice and sponsoring crap you think is worthless? Are you sad because someone bought a Turbo3000 and didn't get what they expected? Who the hell cares? Caveat emptor.

To me the only thing that discredits this whole event is the apparent lack of give a poop being communicated via silence by all parties except the truck owners. That speaks more to me than any of the KR drama.

We sent engine bearing samples to Metalurgical Technologies Inc. in Mooresville, NC. The attached photo is the lab report with results. We were specifically looking for the presence of sulfur and tungsten. These are the elements found in Micro Blue. The analysis did not detect any sulfur or tungsten. With this analysis we have confirmed that our rod and main bearings were not Micro Blued.

    WOW...

It's a private group and I'm not going to blow up the guys spot as I have no idea of warranty or anything from PP.

Wouldn't it just be sensational if the root cause of all this was the dude driving the forklift picked up the wrong skid off the floor and attached it to the hoist?

    Oops. My bad, man.
