Hello pattyj,
I guess it's just our human nature to complain about everything. You're right. We hear even less about all the good drivers out here. That's probably because we're all complaining all the time! LOL

the pay.... ok .25 cpm is great pay where can i sign up
the equipment...... junk most times, and never taken care of
Dispatchers.......... just pushing drivers down the road only caring about the load and not the driver
should I keep on??????
how is this not bad for everyone?????
oh, I know ok those coming out of cdl school to goto your mill farm, and have been preached the gospel that .25cpm is great pay.....
come on now....should I keep naming more, instead of the top 3 complaints?????
what so special again about your company???? or you think this a big pond and trolling.....sorry these fish here are much smarter at least most of em anyways...dog-c, Drac1985, zentrucking and 1 other person Thank this. -
I agree with the OP somewhat. With my company I hear drivers complain about low miles, too much sitting or my dispatcher sucks.. blah blah blah. These guys would most likely be the ones giving a bad review... but wait.. we have the same dispatcher? And I am running plenty? Huh?? Maybe these guys have bad experiences because theyre too busy sitting at the terminal moving their chops and not their wheels!
But at the same time, you can weed those out if their is a common trend of complaints with a company.Todd McCann and Ken Worth Thank this. -
Lowa3468,
I'm not saying this thread is completely pointless. You make a good point that if you see a company listed as BAD a lot, there's a good chance that they aren't the best company out there. What I'm saying is that just because a company's name is called out as BAD, you can't take that as gospel. -
When drivers do things bad its all over the company within minutes but anything good means nothing.

another factor you don't consider is how long you been with said company....now if you been there for sometime then you are grandfathered in on most stuff and can get away with more than a new driver or a driver that has less time in at a company than you do.
and believe it or not there is a place to post good things...been trying to post in mine once a month and find it hard to come up with stuff to say because i have zero---nada---ziltch---etc...etc... problems, or complaints where I am at, and guess what.....I post over there....not here...Shaggy Thanks this. -
Lowa3468,
So apparently anyone with a differing opinion considers themselves a genius? Interesting. I'm wondering why you're getting so bent out of shape about this. Have you been suckered by one of these "bad" companies?
Nevermind. I don't even care. I just realized why I quit going to forums to try to help people. You may now vent all you want and call me whatever names you choose. I won't be hear to defend myself.
I truly hope you have a nice day. -
you hit it on the head when you talking miles, and too much sitting....
but we don't know the driver / drivers personally so therefore one can assume quite a few things such as late p/u, late delivery, lazy, don't wanna work.... there are many things that may contribute to a driver being upset.
as far as bad dispatchers....yep, been there, had quite a few, and there are truly some bad dispatchers....even to the point that if you are not on their favorite board, then one may sit because a dispatcher likes another driver better than another....(seen this happen many times as my dispatcher always made drivers who were late with loads, complain etc...etc... sit, and give me the load so i can move).
so I do have to agree with you on those issues at least..mrdot Thanks this. -
we sort out the one post wonders quickly that post no real info on the problems of said co
