Mark, please check on this: when Hubby is going from Gainesville, GA to 3801 Cornelia Highway, Lula, GA, the TND-720 wants him to keep going past it to somewhere up the road, then do a u-turn and come back to it. Either the TND doesn't know there is a crossover at the driveway, or there is a restriction there, or something. Thanks!

I see you say there is a crossover. The prior map db did not account for crossover's so it would take you up the road, U-Turn and then back to the address. The next mapset from what I am told takes the crossover into account.

34.374184, -83.724542 is the crossover. I am having RM check to see if this crossover is allowed in the newest mapset.

    Thanks,
    Mark

OK, thanks. He has never missed this turn because of that, but there is always a first time for everything. If that was fixed, it would be one less thing contributing to the already hectic life of a truck driver. :biggrin_25526:

It was addressed in the HERE data and from Rumor at RM they might have it fixed in the next map set.

I checked it out using the current Map Set and it does cross over. The have the Lat/Long wrong, but I suspect that the road they are on is private.

Make sure you have the latest Map Set off the Dock.

I do have the new maps mark...

no big deal though as i always check my routing ahead of time and look on google satellite to see if there may actually be a reason for this...sometimes there are no crossovers and i look for another way in....

Can you guys add an option to display the elevation of the road I am on without having a route set?

Thanks again for everything you do for us. You are a huge asset to RM.
(I haven't seen any Garmin techs on any forum offering customer service for their products.)

Just in case you did not know, you can display the elevation without a route by pressing the pop-out button on the right. But that is not the same as adding it constantly being displayed somewhere on the screen instead of the pop-out. Some drivers complain that it displays too much stuff already so they added the new "clean screen" button on the left.
