ok thnx.pay is kinda crappy.at estes we get 52 cpm and 22.90 for dock time and 2500 - 3000 mi per wk.equiptment is horrendous.

Wow in the past two years the wages went down. I was at 52cpm starting and 20.35 hourly. I made about 3000 miles a week on extra board. Made quite a bit there

i started at .49 in dec and went to .52 in jan.its been .49 for a rew years from what i was told.why did you leave?its a good comp but to much waitin around and the tractors,trlrs and dollys are junk,4 months of BDs.

For anyone looking for info in the chicago area the starting pay there is .44 CPM 17.50 hourly. I decided to pass on them for Old dominion but it took an eternity to complete the hiring process with them. I believe theyre still hiring for Akron, OH run. They claim you get every other day off but theoretically you don't just your 10 hour break. Get ready to give up wknds too since you only get sunday's off.
