Can you explain the drop and hook pay in greater detail? If I drop at one railyard and pick up at a different one, is that considered one or two d/h? On the other end, if I drop loaded and pick up an empty at customer 1, then drop the empty and pick up loaded at customer 2, that makes for 2 d/h payouts?

I'm looking at the Wisconsin flex fleet account. They use 13 Chicago railyards as well as St. Paul.

    Thanks in advance!

A drop and hook is either a delivery to customer whether it's from rail or terminal or if you pick up from customer and take it to rail or terminal. It's always going to be preloaded otherwise it would be a live load

No if you take a preloaded tlr from the terminal to the rail that's only a crosstown which pays $10. Your terminal might pay differently though

.375 hub isn't anything to run home about... 26.25 drop and hook is ok but what are the time limits on the 40.25 live?

If I get called in for a piss test 3 times in a 12 month period does that mean the company is hoping that I pop so they can boot me out?

Maybe they suspect you are up to something you shouldn't be and are trying to catch you.

Everyone is subject to a random, even office people, I had one not too long ago. At my terminal, we pay drivers hourly for the time if they are picked

3 times in a 4 month period isn't that bad.. I used to work for a company with 5 drivers and I was picked 5 times in a row and the fifth time I warned them if I get picked next week I was going to corporate.... They had 4 other drivers and they new they wouldn't pass.... So after that I wasn't picked again. I have no problem with taking the test but not every week...

Food for thought. As I otr driver for jb hunt you people suck. I've been here almost 2 years and as soon as I can leave I will. If your looking at jb for otr run as fast as you can. I've got 2 weeks in a row at 1200 miles and last week was 1100. Available every day. I take home time once a month for 4 days. Came to corporate and got escorted everywhere I went. Got promised the moon and the stars and it was all just a lie.
