The day the camera gets installed in my truck I quit. I actual sent an email to ask Richard addy saying that. I know it won't matter it was respectfull. It's simple really they need me more then I need them 1million + mile safe driver I can work anypalce. And when the driver faceing camera comes it will be any place except swift.

I predict that there will be an acknowledgement form that drivers will sign pertaining to swift's terms of employment where you will not only consent to the camera usage but also that you will not tamper with their system. Don't sign. Don't drive. This way, if a driver thinks they can outsmart the system and is caught, the company can terminate. I only ever worked in retail, but anytime they introduced controversial policies you were always forced to agree to comply. It will probably just be written into the employee handbook for future drivers.

There were a lot of nights that I stood wondering if it made any sense to stay in this truck. Many hiccups along the way, but I stuck through it all. I had perseverance.
I woke up today feeling like all the blood, sweat, and tears were for nothing...like being robbed, in that, I can't take this truck anywhere, I am being forced to comply or ditch all my effort into this lease. I feel short for words today. Maybe, a mixture of emotions I can't well place at this time. I'm really sorry for everyone on this one.

We will see how far it goes. If they start losing too many drivers they will kill the program. They can only replace drivers so fast.

Also we all know that it's ######## that they will only save critical events. Eventually someone will get caught with a lizard or some female drivers tits will end up on the internet via one of the cams.

As of Dick's video, no, only company drivers.

Good to hear some million milers feel the same. There are tons of companies who will hire. I hope all inundate the email and phone line.
