Yes,, please, everyone. No need for this thread to go so astray on religion and politics subjects, and end up being locked.

Swift. Trucks. Cameras.... let's try to maintain the topic.

He started out as a trucker, a flatbedder at that, hauling steel and produce. I wonder what he would have thought about cameras on him back in the day.

We're moving to Texas. I turn in Cassie tomorrow or Wednesday. Have started looking for new employment. Won't go to Crete, pay is better but they have driver facing cams in some trucks and recruiter was brainwashed. Called Dynamic Transit, great pay 2013 or newer Petes only. They are non bending on one year otr. I will keep them in mind. I do like Petes. Will continue calling. I may get reassigned a truck from Houston terminal as long as no camera.

And if it has a camera?
I would look for small local jobs if you are deadset againsy continuing with Swift long enough to get your experience in. One of our friends rolled his truck during training and then quit Swift after 5 months...he found employment, but it was through a temp agency for $12/ hr, hauling fertilizer. So, the jobs are available, no matter what your history or experience level, but are you willing to quit without having a job if they assign you a truck with a camera?

A little update. I called the number in the video to give my feedback on this new system and the voice mailbox is full. I guess they are getting plenty of feedback - so much so they can't clear the voicemail.

And to think I had you figured to be a nice guy. No, seriously. I know a guy that moved from SC to Texas and raised the average I.Q. Of both states.

OceanDan used to be a Green Bay Packers fan, he will be assimilated into a Cowboy fan by the Cowborg collective. Clyde the I.Q. raising doesn't last long and.....been to SC much? It may actually lower. Sorry Dan but I could not resist lol. When do you move?
