Would this show up as a refusal on my reports?

I would have told the lawyer, either get me off completely or you won't get paid a dime. He should have not even accepted a plea let alone let you plea guilty on something that wasn't driving related.

 

He also says in his bio, 3 years experience, and he's worried about pre-employment reports??

 

So, you were pulled over, but you were actually parked and the officer suspected DUI, but you weren't and the DUI was dropped, but you plead to reckless driving (a very serious offence), but you were actually parked? Did I get that right?

You do not have a chance of getting a job with a good company and a slim chance with a shady company.

Do not proclaim, what you do not have?

And you were asleep at the gas station, but got pulled over and had to take a breathalyzer?

If you were asleep as you say, you would have woke up from the cops banging on your window. They would have seen/smelled/heard you if you were drunk.
