You mean until it says "Competitive". That is what term is used on the background check system Walmart has been using since August 2013. This new system was put in place shortly after you were hired, so you may not have ever seen how it works. :)

If it comes back as "Non Competitive", that means the background check revealed one or more disqualifying items and the driver will not be hired at this time.

It's not so much what you have done, but they want you to list it. Not listing something and have them find out, they see it as deception. And that's what gets you disqualified.

You won't have to worry about anything that is beyond the limitations of the question on the app. For instance, if you were arrested 6 years ago, but the question was 'have you been arrested in the last 5 years?' you could honestly answer 'no', however, if they asked have you EVER been arrested, and you said no, it will disqualify you. As long as you answered every question thoroughly and honestly, you won't have anything to worry about. General rule is always answer honestly no matter how insignificant the question might be. If you received a ticket for a ticket for a 'California stop' but had it reduced in court to a parking ticket, and one question asked 'were you issued any tickets in the last 5 years', you would do best to answer 'yes', then you could explain it later, but if you said no, they WILL find it and even though it was reduced to a parking ticket, it would shoot you down. Some questions are not based on your qualifications, but rather on your honest, complete answers.
