One late load. Well, when I arrived the shipper was at lunch, but I still delivered that night.

 

Yeah my DM and I get along pretty good, even though I don't use him much in getting loads. I've used CH so much that they now have me on a preferred carrier list, I don't deal with the Chicago branch now, they have me deal with Fort Wayne branch now.

I have a cousin who is doing lease purchase with Swift, and he is trying to get me to come over and grab one of those new Pete's, and work out of corporate in Phoenix, running AZ and Cali.

How much are the advances?

 

I think most try to stay between 100-150 per week, you can get more though.

 

Went to pick up my load today, only to find out that it won't be ready until Tue, not enough product. So since the shipper was only 17 miles from the house, i just parked back at the truck stop and went home.

 

That should be plenty to get me started
