Guess I'll be seeing some members on Monday

 

Yeah in lease purchase, we don't sign contracts, we sign agreements, a contract requires two sides to sit down and negotiate what they want, once they reach an agreement on things then the attorneys get together and make up a contract that is signed by both sides, then it becomes binding by law.

In an agreement, you sign off on the terms of the agreement, if there is something you don't like, they will thank you for your time and send you on your way, they are not going to change a thing, because they have the truck, the job, everything, you come to the table with nothing more than your driving skills, job history,and safety record. The man that holds the pot of gold, makes the rules, and they have all the gold.

 

I'll be there Monday too. Its too bad we have to do orientation with celedon drivers as well. There is going to be a lot of people there.

We all will have our own rooms,per my recruiter,plus, from what I've read from everyone here,that is true.

 

Ok so I have been here since Monday not one guy wants to know about days put it this way make plans to be there for one week if the prison is full a mean school room then you get a free room no guess as far as truck first come first serve its like a kid in a candy store some of the guys will do whatever it takes to get a truck that they will repo from them because of no experience some of them do not and should not be there trying to get a truck guy with two years one year never broker a load don't know what to do what are they doing here then you here them I lost every please men learn the game then go out there and do your thing

 

You should've had your truck already and been gone!!....I'm not concerned with who should or shouldn't be there,more power to them!! Why is it taking them so long to get people through orientation,most of which don't even need to do a physical? It's not making sense to me.....thanks for your post rayon.Good luck!!!
