Obviously you could've done better about keeping on your FM in the week leading up to your hometime. A reminder 7 days in advance and another reminder with each new load you get during that week, especially if it is not taking you in the direction of home is what should be done to prevent things like this from happening. Swift is a big company and they have more to worry about than one driver's hometime, especially if you aren't proactive about making sure they know.![]()
So in a way, you coming on here demanding action and calling the office workers incompetent is exactly what i said before. You coming in here beating your platinum chest like an 800 lb gorilla
