The Petro Kenly is operated by the Moon family. They are the same people that own Iowa 80. That probably explains why it looks like it does. Great truck stop.

Sitting around today crunching some numbers. I have been here 5 months I have averaged 10,892 miles a month. At that same pace I would average 130K for the year. I'm eligible for the incentive pay at the end of June, my base pay will jump from .42 cpm to .49 cpm. The incentive periods run from July to October, November to February, and March to June.

Got my call today. I already have my HAZMAT and tanker endorsements on my license. I will either be at orientation on the 31st of August or the 14th of September. I have to let them know tomorrow. Super excited. Thank you guys for this thread and all of the great info on it.

Sometimes 3 or 4 days, lastime I took off 7.5 days off. If you stay out three weeks you can take off 7 days.

I stay out 3 weeks then take off 4-6 days... So my monthly average is a little lower than runningmans but I'm ok with that. I wanted a company that let my hometime be flexible...
3 of the big reasons I picked Magnum was
    1) Paul told me if I stayed out 3 weeks I could take off however many days I wanted.
    2) training was not team. I drove, trainer sat in right seat. Trainer trained...
    3) they have an unconventional dispatch system where it's set up in regions. You work with the entire dispatch team not just one dispatcher.... I like that. And it works really well
