I'll tell you non IC drivers. The picture he paints can be can be very misleading.

The Cascadia is a solid truck with the best late model engine in the business. It gets the job done.
Don't be skeptical of it.

There's not as many $5 / mile loads available to you as you may think. If it's on the board, it's not confirmed or never will be, or It doesn't fit your schedule. It certainly doesn't happen as much as you may think.

To make $4,000 in 1 week, you need a big paying load to carry in from the previous week and then run your arse off the rest of the week. (If it's even possible).

There are a lot of ICs that don't even make it 1 year. Last I heard it was 40% (don't quote me).

I can go on and on but just remember, cross check your info with multiple sources before you jump.

I for one am an IC and glad I came over. Just try to keep things in perspective.
If I was a betting man, I'd say this is a recruiting thread.

The guys that have a problem with this thread are IC's that are grounded, honest and have a good amount of time invested. You should have a little more respect for them. They know what they're talking about.

He showed his ignorance when taking a multi stop grocery store load into the north east. Then he acts like he is coming clean and we all can see how foolish it was. If he really did the north east he wouldn't be surprised how tight every thing is.
