Well if you are doing a one year lease and stick around on your next lease you can opt for on a new Freightliner for $1800 or a premium truck already has one but that's even more money up front.
As far as the rest goes.. no clue besides that Tripacs aren't cheap.

I plan on finance the truck at the end of 3 year to own it if this truck behave like I expect it to.

Well if you really want a Tripac why not just get a truck with one already on it?
Lowest cost through Schneider would be $1800 as an add on factory option on a new Freightliner or $2000 on a used premium truck. That's when I joined, it might be different now.
I know nothing about buying and installing APUs after the fact on a leased truck. Maybe someone else that would know can chime in on that aspect.

The only auto truck they have now does not come with tripacs. I really want to try out the auto, heard great thing about them. I dont want to wait more months for a new one with tripacs and not feeling comfortable leasing a used fancy truck.

Used by Schneider's terms could mean 50,000 miles which is pretty much new.
I only brought that up because they already have Tripacs on them which you want and costs less than leasing a brand new truck.
Anyways yeah if you don't want to wait you just gotta pick from what they have.
Or do a one year lease and then get the more specific truck you want after.

SFI does not allow any structural changes to their truck. They will probably not allow you to rip out all the factory installed stuff which is the "idle free" system, not parksmart.

If your leasing new I have heard you can pay extra for a tri-pac.

You also get an espar heater for when its cold out.

Remember though... These trucks are expensive as it is and you don't know yet wether or not you will be successful. Do what you think is best for your business. But my thought coming in was to start with the least coming out as possible and its a good thing too. Believe me I have had some really low settlements which would have just been lower but I came in on a 1 yr lease on a used 1 yr old truck which has served me well.

    freightwipper and saigontx95 Thank this.
