This one didn't pay well enough for me to end up at the customer the entire day though lol.
Now I have a cargo claim and the customer is refusing take product off the trailer due to "torn boxes".
Fun times...
Still sitting, oh well. Everything doesn't always work out.mxpx148 Thanks this. -

I had those all the time When I ran reefer. There was one account that ALWAYS had damaged product and drivers were never allowed to be inside during the unloads, and they always took about 2 years to unload a trailer. Found out that the warehousewas using homeless people to unloads the trailers and the poor guys were damaging the boxes, hoping to be able to take the food with them when they were kicked out of the warehouses the end of the day. Felt so bad for them. This was some small town in the middle of nowhere.
paul_4lp, mxpx148 and freightwipper Thank this. -

Anyone know what Virginia to California pays? I ask because one of my co-workers that used to work for Schneider said it pays $9,000 & I wanted to verify with someone who is on choice. Your thoughts?

It depends entirely on the run. There may have been 1 run that paid $3 or so per mile to get that figure, but that isn't the norm by a long shot
