    My company and I sometimes run into an artificial fire drill when faxing ship orders. I was wondering if it's any easier getting stuff sent to you and printed from Transflo on Demand? Does your office just email a pdf to Transflo or is it more complicated than that?

    Easiest thing for me is my IPAD and wireless 3 way printer. They have something for me, they can email me, and I print it out. If I have something for them, I scan it and email it. Best thing about it is the tablet will work with other printers, motel wifi...etc. I call it the Office.

    I couldn't survive without print and scan capabilities onboard. Multifunction printers are pretty cheap these days and save many hours and dollars over running to truckstops.

    I was at (gasp) WalMart the other day to pick up a new laser cartridge for my Samsung printer/scanner and noticed a new printer, was a laser printer/scanner with NFC (Near Field Communications) built into it. So with that and almost any modern smart phone you could have a PDF file sent to your e-mail and just print right from your phone.
