Hey Matt, If there is one thing that all the new guys should do is find a routine. Once you do drivers, keep the same routine. Putting the info. into the o.b.c. the same way EVERY time you will get use to it and it will get faster. This is the one thing that had me thinking a lot about when I started. New drivers trust me, or don't, but I will tell you that your pay will get better. I am on pace for over $90,000 my first year... I do work 5 1/2 days and pretty much my 70hrs every week, but hey that's we are all here to do is make money.

Finally got a call to come up to Woodland, Pa Tuesday to do my pretrip and road test. Nervous and excited all at once. Only been driving trucks for a little over 3 years so I feel blessed to have the opportunity to drive for a company as good as Walmart. Anyone have any advice for me for the pretrip and road test? On pretrip test, do they require pretrip on entire truck or just one side of it for testing purposes?
drozzer69 Thanks this. -
Entire truck with trailer. Go back through this thread. Many have given tips on items generally missed. Also YouTube videos to help refresh. Good luck!

Since this 250 mi rule got put into affect, has anybody heard anything about Walmart helping people move with a moving allowance? I'm gonna call my DC tomorrow and ask about it. Can't remember if I read that somewhere or was it just hear say.
