I run the 1 down to brag all the time, it get a little scary with the bicycles but if you don't get in a hurry it's not bad.
I think Benendorf is looking for drivers, call up Chris and ask him, he's seems like an ok guy to me.

Paycheck, I don't have a year yet, just trying to make long range plans. I appreciate it, though.
-
they might take at six months.. seems to me their website said something about that
CaliforniaJellyroll Thanks this. -
I don't how they are doing on the 5 but on the coast they are looking for drivers, I can't hurt to put in an application.

I think they are looking for drivers at all their locations. Anderson is a great yard to haul out of. very easy going. I see a few trucks sitting at night so they might have an opening or two

Ltl loads single 28ft or doubles, I've done it more then a few times in a conventional and a 48ft trailer though.

It looks like bentendorf is taking new cdl grads, I would jump on it.

It's 65ft or 75 ft with joints. It's not bad with a 48ft trailer but you want to suck in you 5th wheel and tandems, most of the cld driver on that road do it every day, it's the rv's that you have to watch for.
IMHO sr36 is worse but you don't have much traffic there.
It's just like driving any other road you just have some tight spots and you can't be daydreaming.
