    Make a certificate with photoshop or Google for a fake one. I have a bunch of that stuff from the Navy too and the one I'm most proud of is my brig time.
    My cousin, former 101st Airborne, high school grad., faked a 4 yr. business degree and landed a job in top management of a textile mill. Retired from there with a fat pension. Slick talker with a vocabulary that out shined all those MBA's he worked with.

    Company I was with gave me one when I completed the trainers course. Nice embossed paper, fancy font, signed by the safety director.

    Guess you chose the wrong company.
