You have a point. Should I go back a few pages and dig out the 'soooo, whatcha thinking about' pic from Bino? Or would you prefer to be blindsided?

 

Only Petro I know of w/DD that closes is Carls Corner..(which just one of several reasons I Refuse to stop there) all the rest are self serve....not full stores&btw....new little fuel stop about to open on 10...just west of Sealy Tx....cant remember exit#....but it will have a DD.....

 

Duo, since y'all did the honors of renaming this'un, might just have to call it the "I hate Peoplenet, Where ya at, Here's the DD" thread! Whatcha think? Oh yeah, lil rest area in ILfer a sec. Easing down 57, couldn't shoot me outta cannon and get me close to the Brickyard. We back at it, catch me on the flip.

 

Carl's Corner lost my business when the big ol gal who was making the breakfast sandwiches disappeared for bout 10 minutes creating a backup. When she returned the girl at the register asked where she was and she loudly announced that she had to go the bathroom. Eeeewww.

 

I vaguely remember taking an 8 at the Mebane NC Petro once, and noticed a closed DD when I went inside before my 0-dark-thirty departure. Didn't bother me much, if I recall. I usually have the good sense to set my alarm to allow enough time to brew a pot in the truck. I think that $20 coffee pot paid for itself in the first week I had it. I believe it's still working on the $600 or so of inverter and 2/0 copper it's plugged into tho.
