That's what I tried to point out in a few posts...but no one listens

 

Here's an example after spending all morning feeding my ops mgr leads on loads...most in state texas loads for 1.76-2 a mile I get this little gift 1188 miles for 1566 del in 5 days? That's what he's finding and says it becoz im in a terrible market!

 

Then he sent this snide little comment straight from my email after I pointed out some economics to him.....my email after he asked if I was interested


"U do realize that's 1.33 a mile right? After Eagles cut its 1.00 a mile.do they not teach u there about what we need in order to survive? And it's a two day two and a half day route for five days? I don't know what they are telling u there....so no I'm not interested in something that will insure I go to the poorhouse.....,"his snide little answer

Get serious? I just sent u a load that is a 1.76 a mile others I've sent u with a similar DH are over 2 a mile....but u can't get them?

 

Sigh I don't know what to even say or do anymore

No kidding see if your able to take your truck to another quality carrier that has a trailer pool and does drop and hook. If I could take my lone star to another company I would try out rwi my I have 2 drivers I know who have never cleared less that 1200 in a week

 

I was thinking about rwi but never got any driver feed back
