Wayner, that was a downgrade, not a suspension. Your answer of NO is correct based on that situation you described. Many states are having issues with keeping these records updated promptly.

The whole situation involving ones medical certification attached to your CDL license has been a mess in many states since it was implemented in the past 2 years. Some states better than others, but still ridiculous in many. No reason the FMCSA should make ones paper copy of your medical certification invalid after 15 days when many states are taking weeks/months to update their records.
I agree with noninetofive about checking your record in your home state. In general, any "suspension" relating to your medical certification will downgrade your license to NON-CDL, but does not restrict you from driving any non commercial vehicle like a normal license suspension.drozzer69 Thanks this. -

On the right turn I was told not to enter the other lane to make the turn else I'd fail by my safety guy but I guess it depends how severe a turn it is
