I guess your sources are the only creditable ones.
"Gualable", lol, that's funny.
I was just trying to clarify my pervious post, as you where having a tough time with it. -
Ok Sni finance says they average 200 new contracts closed per month.
You say 34 a month is the rate at 300 divided by 9 months.
So if they report an increase of 300 drivers in 9 months you're saying that 100% are still here at the 3 month mark with a 0 % failure rate.
Or is it 200 come on board a month and 34 a month succeed which equates to a 17% success rate.
If you say your sources are correct I believe what your saying but to believe their is 0 %of failure is gullible to Me.
I'm not saying the overall jumber is higher or lower than 2200 but if your saying in 9 months 300 have come on board and none have failed or left I just don't believe that.
Why my math needs to improve you say I don't see I used your number of 34.
Hell Charlotte alone had 22 this week alone -
Your mistake is I never said anything about failure. I simply said 300 IC increase in 9 months, roughly speaking. Thats it, no more no less. That would have failure rate built in. I'm also sure that number does fluctuates, with time of year and other factors.
2014 was the overall best year trucking has had is quite some time. 2015 is not looking nearly as good overall, industry wide.
That's reflected in my own numbers, I'm down quite a bit on average, some of it is my own fault, some is the overall industry is down.
I have no facts to support the theory Schneider is taking a higher percentage than last year.Last edited: Aug 14, 2015

Wow, what a day of snafu's...
Load I booked and BOL I was given did not match. Booked load going to one location and bol matched at the shipper with a different ship to location...
Then Schneider gives me a different BOL number and shipper tells me that load won't be ready for another 24 hrs...
So Schneider pulled the load and gave me the VNU. Luckily it was a short load and I was able to keep all my other loads...
Then I get to my next pu and a driver has mishooked a trailer and the trailer drops off his truck as he is pulling out of the spot. One way facility but now everyone has to go both directions around the building. What a mess!!
But it's all a day in the life of...
