It isn't fresh made, but it is FAR from frozen.

...I have made homemade gnocchi before. Added sautéed zucchini, carrots, and spinach tossed in with a vodka sauce.

The sauce and veggies are easy enough to make...but making gnocchi without a good food press was a pita! It was incredible, but I will not be doing it again anytime soon!
