What's up with the Load Board here lately?

I had the same thought.

Usually on Sunday there's a couple customers that loads will come up for.

Today though, nothing, nada, zilch.

 

I've noticed that all week...all these loads and nothing confirmed..

 

Customer service got the weekend off for doing such an excellent job.....

Roll on...

 

Last week a friend of mine asked about 2 loads in Beech Island that were not confirmed and it was past the pick up window. ICR checked on it and there was an e-mail confirming the loads from KC the previous day that had been ignored by CS.... nice.

 

good way to lose accounts... Whoever that CS was needs a royal butt chewing and if not replaced

 

I think they might have changed out some folks in CS. Was at a customer a week or so ago and the load was jacked up. She said, "we never had this problem when 'John' was working with us. And about 2 weeks ago, he's gone and now all we have is problems."
DSR's are getting fed up as well.......kinda heard that when I wasn't supposed to hear that.
Schneider musta found a new way to trip over a dollar to make a dime.......

 

Yes it's a lot more loads, sitting on the non confirming side. You better be at a computer Monday morning.
