Going for a different angle. Reading the narration under the video. I have to think that the driver who filmed the incident played a big part. Looks like he was parked in the moving lane tha might have made it confusing for the driver coming up from behind. The camera truck also mentioned he was out of his truck,checking trailer lights, re-arranging tools behind his seat etc. there is a Pilot straight ahead better suited for these things. Turning driver wasn't set up properly, but did have his signals ( and belly light ). Car was wrong but the trucker will take the hit....it's one of those deals boys and girls..safety is no accident.

One could say by your post that you are trying to be argumentative. -
This is why you should make a right turn from the inside lane on a two right turn lane set up and the outside lane on a two lane left turn set up .
Always keep the car on your drivers side never on your blind side ! This should have been taught on day one. Basic trucking 101 .
