He may be so far in hock that he can't get them without paying off more than just your units.

 

Might try like perry funding, and get him to say you've paid 25% down and them cover the rest of note?

 

Try this guys out... I was a 1st time buyer and they financed me. I think I paid 13 0r 14%. That was 5 years ago. Also, don't get caught up in what percentage you get. I know it matters. If your comfortable with the monthly payments. The percentage doesn't matter as much. They are out of Dandridge, Tn
