With the clearinghouse coming more online, I believe employers do have access to failed pre employment tests

 

Marijuana should not be illegal.

It should not be on a DOT drug test.

Those who denounce it are ignorant of the facts and have been programmed like sheep by decades of government propaganda.

There is.... the blood test. That's how they enforce it in the 'legal' states.

Anyhow, it'll always be a disqualification on a federal MedCard.

 

Just because it's in your blood doesn't mean you're currently "high". You would think these mega-carriers with their neutered governed trucks would encourage it, as it usually makes someone drive slower. At the least, those drivers would be cheesin' while they're interfering with interstate commerce at 60 MPH

I've heard of the 'mancuso method' but it requires more than shampoo.
