    Truck payment on new equipment runs around $750 per week. $135/week to maintenance account. Approximately $200 in insurance, plates, etc. They were giving $1400 to start your maintenance account if you lease a new truck. No trailer fees. You are signing an agreement to pull freight for SNI, so if they fired you .....

    Freightliner has nothing to do with the idlefree apu...you have to take that to an idlefree authorized shop...unless it's a truck dealer like freightliner but otherwise no.

    Take it to freightliner.

    Anyhow, wait for a nice warm sunny day, hope yours keeps the bunk below 80.

    Even when it worked mine couldn't keep it cool enough to sleep.

    I am a couple of weeks away from running on the Schneider Choice board for 3 years. I have made it home every week for over 150 weeks in a row. Every year has been more profitable than the last. I have been reading so many negative comments about running as an independent contractor for Schneider, I decided to post an update.

    Happy that you checked in. I've been running it for 5 years and have no complaints. I don't go home every 5 days, but I guess I could if I wanted to. I run irregular routes and irregular days. Could not be happier
