New IC contract. What do you think?

I guess you would know from all your recent experience over at Prime what they put into there lease trucks compared to Schneider's, what did your call it, "bare bottom spec'd trucks. If my truck is so bare bottom what does that make Schneider's freightliners? Sub par?

 

frankly I know what I'm talking about because I was with Prime so so I'm familiar with their trucks

 

And how long ago was that sir? I'm not saying I have the best spec'd truck, but compared to the freightliners that sfi leases out, it's better and costs me almost the same amount.

That's true, sorry about that. Let's get been to this contract issue. I've heard that a group of IC's submitted it to ooida, has anyone heard what there response was yet?

 

Prime trucks are specd better than the ones at SFI...

 

several people that submitted it reported earlier in the week that ooida reported that they were done reading the contract but nobody has said what ooida's official word about it is

 

What can they do about the contract is it's found to be unfair?
