Say HELLO to Courtney from Otter would ya.....hopefully she's a looker!!!! No matter, my eyes don't work so well over the various mountains between us...

Anyway...what difference does it make except to the person doing the work? If Joe prefers to run hard, then run hard! If Keith prefers to slow it down, then slow it down. I do what I do because I enjoy what I do...shouldn't that be enough? One can't (shouldn't) tell another what to do or how to do it....it is an individuals choice.

Your an O/O leased to JCT... According to JCT website they pay for O/O is .90cpm plus Surcharge... That's nothing to come on here boasting about... I believe one on your recent posts on JCT thread states your looking for something else as your tired of having to drive so much. ????????

At .90 a mile, and JCT runs heavy, coast to coast, that doesn't leave a hell of a lot of room for much. Say you run 3000 a week at .90 a mile, that's $2700. I'll call my friend Q who's over there and ask him what the current fuel surcharge is. If he's making over $1.30 with the surcharge, I would be surprised. Take out those expenses, and, wow, you're making driver's wages. Unless you blow a tire....

$0.90 per mile! I heard that on Sirius/XM radio and thought they just got an old add. Even Swift ...even england is paying $1.00 per mile .....surcharge last I saw was 1.65

Joe... you're confused. I said I was sceptical. Then you posted route and miles. And I said its impossible to run your first days route without driving like a chicago container hauler. Clear now?

    Post the logs.

Halp... again I never posted or bragged about my pay. Nor have I made a secret of who this truck is leased with. Its easy enough to see where I post. Now lets see how good your sleuthing skills are. Tell everyone where the truck I half own is leased. Or did you miss the post where I mentioned it?

Otter... it doesnt change anything. It wasnt I who started tossing numbers around so I have nothing ti defend. Im aware of the downsides of my current situation. Soon enough I'll be headed elsewhere. And Courtney is about 22, green eyed blonde, 5'1ish maybe 100lbs lol

Here Keith, let me help you. At Mercer in Louisville, you make 75% of the gross, not including fuel surcharge. Of course you're buying your trailer from them, but there are loads that pay pretty decent over there. I mean you'll be a true O/O, picking your loads over their board, but hey, you like to be independent, right?

    truckon Thanks this.
