how to verify turbo is adjusted properly.
1. connect dddl, open diagnostics instrumentation's egr window.
2. start the engine and idle. the boost pressure must be 0.0-0.5 psi / 0-3 kpa
3. turn off and start again the engine. with cruise raise up to 1000 rpm. boost pressure must be 2.5-3.1 psi /17-20 kpa.
all measurement must be done within 15-20 seconds after engine is started. that time egr valve is closed.Verdel Thanks this. -
Tomorrow I will change the check/regulator valve on the return fuel line ($244). The fuel pump was replaced 3-4 months ago, practically new.
What else could be wrong??? -
