If you have a house, especially one worth 3/4 of a million dollars, that is equity is it not?

Yes I have a lot of equity. But those loan managers said they can't give it to me because they don't think I can make payments on it. Also bad due to bad credit and bad work history. The only thing I can do is sell it and buy a cheaper home, but my house is in a very good neighborhood. The value is stilling growing

I have terrible credit and want to own a truck. But. I will not until I get my credit in order. Because I don't want these issues. Look into renting or leasing a trailer. More expensive but its a wagon.

Worse comes to worse you could haul for 101 transport (pulling their trailers) until, you can save up to buy your own cash or a nice down payment on one.

Doesn't loan mountain lease trailers too though? When I was at their LV yard I saw over a dozen reefers.

If your parents give you a huge gift that equates to a $760,000 house couldn't they loan you the money for a trailer and you pay them for the payments?

parents gave me the down payment for the truck and plates to start business. I don't feel like asking more.

I guess... Seems if they could even Co-sign on the trailer... If they gave you that house, down payment, and plates apparently they have faith in you..

Lone mountain sister company is some truck line called hoverstol and they only give you trailers if you haul for them. I have shipper loads that beat their Owner operator rates like crazy. I am paying all my payments right now on time even with a rented trailer. but they should give out trailers too.. but they wouldn't because they know the o/o's will struggle and come work for them.
