I think the scalemaster at the westbound scale here was having some fun. The weigh in motion board has the green "ok to bypass" sign lit but myself and I'm assuming about 5 other trucks that have Prepass got the red light.....hmmmmm

went right thru Voyagers hometown no train today but apparently all 287 residents were trying to get off Broad St onto 309
the light changed so often i could have had a beer at freddy's pub
then I got to the top of Blue MTN and gazed off to the valley of 'olhand but i saw no bikes or old doo rags annoucing his presence
so i slipped on down to Americold

 

That happens to me a lot coming thru there.

Up on 20 same thing almost every time I go thru there. They must be bored lol

 

If it's the outbound scales on 20 and I get the OK to bypass and the red pre pass light, I hammer down. They can't catch me, I'll be out of state in a second.

Sure sounds like that truckstop/rest area Tamarack (?) on the pike in WV.

I got the friendly knock myself, once. Was expecting it as well. At least I was quick enough to spin around and pounce on the empty spot.

 

Yea, that Beckley WV service area gets packed too. I had no beef with the guy. He had no where to park. I didn't get mad... As long as the drivers realize that they are going to get woken up... And they gotta move!!
