Any place north of the grapevine on I-5 & CA-99.

DRIVERS ARE BEING HELD UP AT GUN POINT AT DIRT TURNOUTS BY THE BAKERSFIELD FLYING J. A driver I know was next to a truck held up they pistol whipped the driver and took his wallet & cell phone.. Driver crawled to this truck next to him to get assistance.

Be careful only park in well lit areas.
It takes the police to long to get to these turn outs, they are not patrolled.


UPDATE: cop who showed up for report didn't want his name used, told driver this was 3rd time this week

 

Had to wake up a CR England this morning so I could get out this morning. Plus I had a really low tire on the trailer I had to air up. The joys of trucking.

 

stop doing a pretrip and you wont need to put air in the tire

Stopped at the Exit 87 BBQ stand in Jackson, TN. The locals are all buzzing about the news that someone pulled an alligator out of the Tennessee River.

 

I tried alligator at a Cajun restaurant. It's a lot like chicken just a bit saltier.
