Sexual Harassment in Trucking

Companies should be forbidden from forcing a student to be with a trainer who's gender they don't prefer. When I was a trainer I was given the option....

'Do you want to train men, women, or both?' Not wanting the headaches I chose to only train guys.

That was years ago, however, and in this day and age... and me not being a scumbag I should have been open to train whoever.

 

Somehow I just knew this would turn into Us vs. Them. I don't care if a woman works, or what job she wants to do. Just be sure you can do it. I've had to put tire chains on for women that weren't strong enough to do it. I've had to back trucks into docks for women that couldn't and requested my assistance. The fact that a woman drives a truck doesn't make her any more special than me.
