New to Prime INC - What to expect (Springfield edition)

FMJ makes an important point that I neglected to (and should have) regarding being on this dedicated account. I am atypical in earnings for folks on this account as well. I am on the high side because I put a lot of work into learning how this place operates on both sides of the dispatch terminal. I've also built a reputation as a go to driver who can pull of the difficult runs and is always willing to help out when needed. None of that should discourage someone from looking at my numbers. They are attainable, but if you wanna hit them you will have to put the work in to do so. They aren't just gonna happen on their own.

 

Its all good Chuck, I take any number and put an over/under on it Spent too many years looking at numbers to not do that as a whole. It is the base of the information I was looking for. You all I really great. After five days of waiting to hear, I wont lie, I have some concerns. But I do understand recruiters are very very busy.

 

Have you called them?? You have to stay in front of them, squeaky gets the attention.

 

Spent two hours yesterday. Regular disconnects after holding about 12 to 15 minutes then I talked to one to give him my recruiters name. I was then transferred to fueling then another dept to go back to recruiting to be disconnected. Had to call it a night to be at work early this morning. Will try again tonight.

I also sent a message via the phone app.

 

Yeah, you just have to keep trying as they are super busy. Did you send in the application via the website?

 

I did part on my phone then used the code to finish on my pc. I also have the phone app that lets me track the application which is how I knew who I was assigned to, but never got a 4 digit extension. Currently in the call queue.

 

Whelp I was in the queue for an hour and a half... then realized it was past the normal hour LOL. Left a message and will try to reach them in the morning.

 

Do you know your recruiters name yet? My recruiter is a badazz.
