Lmao. The way I see it is, more space to heat and cool. More weight. You can stand up in a mid-roof, how much head room do you need in an area you spend most of the time laying down in anyway? I've never run a flat top but I wouldn't exclude one from my list of options.

While my truck was down I ran a Cascadia mid roof for a week and I didnt think I would like the mid roof either. I mean.. I hated the Cascadia itself.. but the mid roof was easier to keep cool.. it did have a double bunk to put all my junk on.. and yeah.. rolling under a 13'2 bridge in Pa was like.. ok this might work.

I have a double bunk in mine too but I have it folded up so I can sit up in bed. I'd hate the midroof if I had someone else in it with me.

As long as you don't have Cheetos and a beanbag chair in the bunk, you would be fine.

Well what fun would life be if I couldn't sit naked in my beanbag chair eating cheetos? I don't wanna live in that world.

You don't want to do that with another driver in the truck. That driver might want your Cheetos.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors Cheetos or his arse.

Well, starting stepdecking last week. Boss decided to hire back the driver that quit on him...so that pissed me off, but his buddy just bought a truck and needs a driver for a month or two, then the original boss said he will probably buy a third truck and put me on it. So, looks like I still have something.

Anyhow, here's what I did over the last week:
    IMG_20150920_102439238.jpg
First load, took the bosses truck with a 40' can on his 53' step with beaver tails from Calgary to Vancouver. Hes in love with that Lonestar, good, he can keep it.

2nd load, Vancouver to Comox on Van Island. Took the ferry over, that was awesome. These are for a new tower at the Air Force Base, for satellite hooked in with the U.S. Military.
Then pulled a load of palletized lumber back across the ferry, switched with the boss and got the truck I was supposed to drive, a 2010 KW T680 with a 475Cummins cranked to 550ish. Love that truck.

Then pulled this to Saskatoon from Vancouver. Long story on that trip.
    IMG_20150925_082702820_HDR.jpg
Then this to Calgary from Saskatoon where the new/old driver will pull it to Edmonton on Monday. Think we needed more 5400lbs WLL straps on 5200lbs boxes?
