Busy day and now I am what seems to be my 2nd home since working here and that's the Dallas yard. It's actually not a bad facility with decent food.

Monday's are our pay cutoff. Had a very good week. Tomorrow only have 7 hours to run so I am just doing a drop and hook on both ends to Houston

Everything has been on time or ahead of schedule. Something bad is bound to happen. Just not yet. Decided to quit early at the Jeffville Ohya TA. Gonna take 2 days no matter what, so decided to go for halfway and easy parking. I am staged good for an early start. Or a late start. Depends on when I wake up.

Also a few pages back someone asked about the Weigh My Truck app. I really like it because I always scale before fueling. Ordering thru the speaker means an extra trip inside before pumping fuel. With the app, I see my weights on my phone before pulling up to the pumps. Then I only have to go inside once and grab my scale ticket at the same time as my fuel receipt, super value meal, and a shower if it's Tuesday.

If for some odd reason I'm in a hurry and don't have time for a 30 min break, not having to go thru the Q&A with the cashier to get a scale ticket makes that go real fast. Using the app automates everything so the printed ticket is already done when you ask for it. Well almost everything. The cashier still has to accept the scale request. When the app first came out, very few of the cashiers knew how to handle the transaction. That hardly ever happens any more, thank goodness.

I'm guessing some fingerless gloves gave you that edge LOL. Joking aside, I passed a Celadon driver today and had to lift off the throttle and double take. Yes, that was a fingerless glove actually being worn while holding a steering wheel and visible in public. I was ashamed for him just a little. I really thought drivers wearing fingerless gloves was just an urban legend.

In Miss Patty's defense we are both on our third marriage
and we met online playing spades. I flew her out to NH for a weekend 4 months later she had quit her job and moved to the house in NJ
