No we go all over Canada. I try to stay Winnipeg and West, would actually rather stay out of Manitoba too.

Yep. Retread offered to do it for 18%, I was gettinf 22.5%.

 

He quit and came back. He will quit again. At the time when he is needed most. 25%. You need 25% but if you make a play for more money, you have to be prepared to jump ship if the boss don't budge. Like the working girls say, "Good service isn't cheap and cheap service isn't good."
