Hey Mr. HeWho... thank you for the menu... after browsing it several times back and forth... Some of their dishes have somethings I like and other things I would not eat at all... Most have something that I would not eat...
Definitely, I would have to build a dish... some rice, some cooked squash... don't see any vegetables other than lettuce, broccoli... probably not cooked or just boiled with lots of oil... The quesadilla with pico de gallo would be ok... :biggrin_25519: but without the sour cream... Will see what I can get there tomorrow....

Haha. Yeah good luck with that. Denny's offers the worst customer service on the planet.

yeah @Rocks . ... I gotta agree with FatDaddy on that. The sour cream comes in a dish on the side anyway ( or at least it CAN be. That's how it was served to me. I don't remember asking for that special, but maybe I did ), so sticking with that sounds like the safest bet.

I think I only ate at Denny's once with my trainer.... Had spaghetti with no meat balls.... it was ok...
To make it easy on them, I may follow Mr. HeWho's suggestion and have the $2.00 quesadilla with no sour cream... and maybe a salad.. if they can prepare for me something with lots of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lots of onions, green pepper... shall see...
To be honest, my dear Mr. FatDaddy, I hate food in America... sorry... but I gotta say it... Specially after my last visit to Brasil... I confirmed this time that all the vegetables, leaves, herbs and most fruits that I know are much more delicious there than here... Not to mention that folks here don't know how to cook... :biggrin_25512:
Impossible for folks here to understand unless they have lived in Brasil, or another country for that matter and experienced their food and their cooking...
Well... it's getting late here... I have been sleep deprived for so many days... need to go to bed now....
You all have a safe evening...

I can probably do that. I love this land ( and it's food. carry the proof between my belt and chest. ) but I hate the Northeast so much even the food loses it's flavor when I'm up there. It might be different if I wasn't trapped in a truck while I was there but by now I think it's water over the dam. Way, Way too crowded up there. To me ( jmo ) that much crowding changes people. So do other things. I know I'm far from perfect too but ....

Uuugghh, I feel your pain. Trying to go 880 +/- miles in 24 hrs so I can kick this load off in Denver by noon, or at least before they stop receiving today. Otherwise, I'm 150% hosed and have to wait until Monday.

That means 1 eh, load for the week. AND all the fuel coming out to Denver gets pulled out of the one eh load. Most likely leaving only a couple hundred bucks, seeing as how they aren't supposed to tell us what the loads pay (even though that's against the law), but my dispatcher does a fairly good job letting me know. But the guy is on vacation this week. Good for him, bad for me.
