Don't you worry about that falling when driving and then having all that grease all over the place?

 

That isn't grease, it's just the water that has cooked out of the chicken, makes a good broth for chicken noodle soup later actually.

No I'm not, it's very well secured in the oven. That chicken was cooked in my toaster oven.

 

I'll repeat. It dosent hurt to try. If they say no they say no

I've developed a list of casinos with good poker rooms and truck parking. Always looking for more.

 

I'll cook steaks, pot roasts, chicken, bread, cookies, scrambled eggs, sticky buns, and baked potatoes just to name a few items I cook. With the right planning it doesn't take much time at all to cook a really good meal and then have leftovers.

So if anyone wants to say it's not possible to eat healthy on the road and have a much better meal then what you get at the truck stop just isn't willing to try. All of these items take no more then about 15 minutes of prep time so set it up before you start your day and when you're ready for lunch it's usually ready to eat. Just requires planning your day out.

How are you washing vegetables and getting them prepped?

 

I have a wash basin and a drying rack I use.

Here is the drying rack.

When I'm not using them they all fold down to about an inch thick so they fit nicely into the storage compartment.

I have 2 one gallon jugs of water I refill that I use for washing and rinsing.

 

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest were back county camping and backpacking was my normal weekend adventures so cooking and clean up out here on the road is easy. It reminds me of camping.
