That is what I've been seeing as well, if you bring your own truck it's a long wait, but if you want to give your money to Schneider they'll take you yesterday. They are always eager to take your money so they can make a profit off you!
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind next time I go shopping.
That's because you aren't making them a profit and why would they want to have a driver that they aren't making the most money off of?

Lone Ranger 13 and Tombstone Thank this.

hmmmm okay so it's only a wait if you want to bring your own truck along.
They'd still be making money off a driver even with his own truck so I don't know if it's all about money.
    Doesn't make sense to me.
Wait I'm at a mega carrier, a lot of things aren't supposed to make sense lol.

idk I think it's fuel. It's running fine but I don't feel like blowing up sooo it's time to bring it in.

Aren't the SFI guys and the Outside O/O's in the same orientation class? From what I understand it's a wait to get a spot in orientation more than outside truck issue. You guys been doing a good job pumping this gig up for all the outsiders to send in apps!

Go stick your finger in whatever is on the ground. If it's fuel its not too bad, did one of these myself at Carlisle OC on my last truck. Got all the lines I needed from KW down the street.

I don't know how much guys on a forum have to do with it, we've been doing lots of Schneider bashing on here as well lol.
What has been getting people's attention is all these IC trucks rolling around. I've lost count how many times I'd roll up to a customer and a guard or even yard jockey makes a comment about me picking loads and I'm like uhhh how do you know lol.

Yeah I see more black freightliners rolling around then company trucks anymore, and they all seem to be in a huge rush, blowing my doors off and I drive 67-68.
