Does this story involve you in a hot tub with at least two of those reps?

Once again, North Baltimore OheeO. Drop in the Motor AM, then ease a bit west and grab a coil in the PM. Tennessee bound, then grab one fer Greenville SC fer Fri. Then probably going to the ranch for a couple days.

    10 hours later...they finally finished.

Headed back to the yard in a bit... Going to be earlier than I should be, but I don't particularly care. I'm ready to be off their lot...

Well here's a weird one. I'm supposed to unload at noon tomorrow. My reload going to joisey loads at noon thirty. Ruh row, raggy. And, it's scheduled to unload monday. So this crapper of a load, and nothing else for the week, uhhhh no.

So now, he says how about pushing it back to load on monday, and do a couple of local or a shorty load(s) in the mean time.

Is it this slow in the non tanker world, for you non company drivers? Shoot, for you company guys too?

Good way to increase maintenance costs. I would rather pay a driver some breakdown pay than pay for a road service anydayany day.

Not for me seems that they have more for work for me than I want. But I I want 2 good loads then nothing so 6 short loads is way more work.

Just be thankful you don't have the old bars and ropes instead of the new ones. 2000-3000 go on 3 bars trying pulling pallets thru the wall of garments

This guy wasn't having a good day. And bout screwed up mine. Killed all the time I had gained coming up from quitman sitting to get by this after it happened right in front of me. He drug it off the road like that and left s bunch of #### in the road

Had 0 on the clock when I pulled into post trip.

@sshewins i can't say my miles/loads are down at all. Holding steady at 3k+ a week but we aren't really representative of the van side.

Guys I talk to at the former company say they're struggling to get 22-2300 a week even staying out 7 days. Their dispatch/planning is telling them there's no freight. They're doing a bunch of broker stuff which is really unusual for them, especially this time of year. So glad I got away from there lol
