Maybe they would stay if some of there complains where address. That's what makes a good company when they listen.

 

...or Maybe soon they will run out of drivers to pay for the tools of their operations
... Its one thing to tell me up front that I need to pay for this or that to work here
.... Its another thing to lay it on me as an after fact
.... I would be a little disappointed with this cowardly way of doing business
I don't think I would have the stomach to go to work for them

 

When I talked to the recruiting department they told me about it up front. It is common in the tanker side for this kind of charge to happen. Let's be honest here guys, drivers don't learn anything until it costs them some money. Stainless steel fittings are expensive, if you buy it once you won't buy it again.when I started 25 years ago this was common practice.,not just fittings either. Some new drivers and some older ones believe they are entitled to everything under the sun to do this job, not so. I'm still trying to find current info. All companies go through spells of bad times and treatment of drivers. When the leadership changes for the better so does everything else.

 

When they tell you they'll pay for it,it is a bad deal.

 

Yes, a change of management is needed.

 

Real fast! But then look at the great management team they have runing the place. Drivers are a dime a dozen, diidn't you know?

 

If someone would look into the complains, they might find a lot of truth to them. It's a good old boy company don't rock the boat, I've got your back, US ( management) against them.
