Pilot - Simpsonville, KY. 1st time I have ever seen this place completely full at 1715 (when I arrived) on a Sunday. Dropped trailers, straight trucks, and bobtails decided to invade this place today I reckon. Finally got a spot after parking along the curb and waiting for someone to leave.

 

Having our meeting at the Ihop across the street from the Love's because the Subway just wasn't classy enough for this kind of shindig.

@TruckDuo, next time you're at the Pilot at exit 65 in Ft. Worth and go to that Ihop, try the Big Steak Omelete, holy ####ing #### that thing is huge!!!!

Somebody drinking the h8rade again?

Eh. HH is pretty good in a pinch. Too much salt for my taste though, so I'll use half the packet and Doctor it a bit. My old favorite family dinner was the stroganoff, plus peas, carrots and French bread to sop up the leftovers.

Finished my dinner. It was superb! Glad I got a small ceramic knife for vegetable cutting with. It's easy to use and I can cut the veggies in-hand versus needing a chopping board.

Had an idea for coffee... Found one of those keurig reusable pods at the store on sale. Checked it out and it's sealed up pretty good. Thinking of submersing it in water to steep like tea... The road pro lunchbox does a much better job of heating water than the coffee pot does. So we shall see.

I think I'll do one more Netflix episode of something and head off to bed. G'night!
