New to Prime INC - What to expect (Springfield edition)

I'm going by what I see on the website. If you have your CDL, but no experience, you start out at the point where you make $600/week for 20k miles and then $700/week for the next 20k miles.

So, what about renting a vehicle (like with Enterprise?)

 

Your going to get charged extra dropping the vehicle off at a different location from pick up

 

Actually, it all depends on the origin and drop-off location. Between some points, alternate drop-off rental is not bad cost-wise. Just have to call and check options. Enterprise has long been considered the best option when considering rentals between 2 different points

 

Yeah, Enterprise has a drop off location within a couple or three miles from Prime's Location, and is also the cheapest at around $40-50/day, compared to something like $170-250/day with the others (why so expensive?)

Also, found out that Prime's trucks are all manuals (see here https://www.facebook.com/primeinctrucking/posts/1157337110947051 )

 

The shuttle goes to the airport where you can rent a car for $15/day.

 

Does anybody else ever get tried of spending their time giving advise or answering questions to those that never say , "thank you". Or is it just me?

 

I don't care. Not everybody is a contributor.
